Suburban Scrap Recycling Services is an extension of our Father Company Matthews Metals Pty Ltd. We are an Australian owned Family business that has been operating since the 1980’s. With a proven reputation of getting the job done, we have established a loyal customer base with countless referrals.

Suburban Scrap Recycling Services was established in 2017 to offer affordable solutions for residents to be able to off load their household scrap metal and reduce the impact on
landfill.  Based in Geelong we will travel to The Bellarine and Surf Coast to assist residents in the entire region.

We offer a unique service where we will come to your home and remove your unwanted scrap metal for you. There is no need to leave anything out the front of your house, all our staff are trained to dismantle and remove scrap metal.

We will carry out our business operation in a manner to protect the health and safety of our employees, sub-contractors and clients, whilst paying proper regard to the environment. In addition, we also carry Public Liability indemnity insurance in line with the work we carry out.

Suburban Scrap Recycling Services is a member of AMRIA ( Australian Metal Recycling Industries Association) Relevant codes of conduct apply to our membership, copies of which are available on request. We are also a member of the Geelong Sustainability Group.
